Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

The following describes the terms and conditions of the 1730 Full Metal Hotend Store' 14-Day Return Policy. All products being returned must meet all requirements and have been approved by a member of the 1730 Full Metal Hotend Sales Department Team with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).


If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all our items that are UNUSED and in their original packaging. If you wish to return any item(s) please log in to your account and request a RMA for the corresponding order. After approval a RMA number will be issued back with return instructions, usually within one to three business days. All refunds are at our discretion and will only be issued once we have received the returned item(s) and are satisfied that they are in unused condition. Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use will not be returned or exchanged. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for all shipping charges except in the case that the return is the result of our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days. If the returned item is in used or in damaged condition NO or only a partial refund will be awarded.

To create a RMA please log in to your account. Fill in all questions of the necessary steps in returning your product, and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns or returning a product to us that is not in resalable condition risks forfeiture of product. We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

Conditions for Return

  • RMA authorized no later than 14 days after delivery

  • Item is in unopened / original packaging

Return Instructions

  • 1: Log In to your account and request a RMA#. Please take some time to fill in all necessary fields as detailed as possible.

  • 2: After approval, further instructions will be send to you. We will usually answer RMA requests within 1-3 Business Days.

  • 3: If your request is approved, please print out the RMA & Shipping Labels.

  • 4: Prepare the item(s) for shipping.

  • 5: Ship the items back to our Sales Department. Make sure your return shipment has tracking and insurance covered.

  • 6: After we have received back the item and verified that it is in good condition, a refund / exchange will be granted within 7 business days.
